the reason his body rejects the 2nd male lead pheromones is bc the first male lead kinda marked the mc randomly and he himself never noticed only the doctor hardly noticed at the end of the novel so its not even sewons fault for never noticing why his body becomes sick that doctor was an asshole and the male lead is an asshole this made me so mad when i read it!!! the 2nd male lead could have been endgame if the author had some more taste at least dont make such a stupid pheremine mark get in the way for so long he was sick and the sicknes will get even more serious and its rly all that alphas fault!!! Dx poor mc hes frustrated for damn good reason but its all annoying story plot
usually I dont mind spoilers and I always search for them because i get even more excited to read when i know what is going to happen but with this i feel like I am regretting starting to read this at all
