My assumptions for the next volume is a.) she actually offers help which I highly doubt but who knows or b.) The guy who's looking down at what's happening takes a video or picture and spreads rumours of Kurosawa but I'm in between whether this guy acted on his own (like someone who may be envious of kurosawa and was lucky enough to just see this scene play out) or that maybe this was the lady's plan and she set this scene up. Either way I appreciate the author highlighting how being publicly out can affect their daily lives and it's sickening to know that others will see that as an a way to harm them :/

I was actually excited seeing him work around and helping the community out thinking that this may be the start or a guide for him in tapping with his emotions in the upcoming chapters.
That being said if the next chapter goes in the direction I'm thinking then yeah it's basically a stop in potential character growth and back to zero again.
A lot of people mention that JK will have a redemption arc and honestly I don't really see it happening which is fine if that's what the author wants and caters to but it'll be better for fans to stop saying that'll he'll have one if the cycle continues over and over again.
