A question since I'm not as familiar with the whole "alpha,beta and omega" universe - I understand that any omega can get pregnant, be it male or female, but how is it with, for instance, alpha females? Are they unable to get pregnant because they're alphas or can they because they're women?

Everything is different for the Alpha females. They have a small chance of getting pregnant at all, but they can impregnate. Since she has a very small chance of actually conceiving a child, her womb would be smaller or not even there at all.
