There are random artwork of the two of them when they are older doing couple activities (i.e. kissing, living together, generally PDA, etc.) so I say ya, they definitely do end up together eventually. :- )
I feel this way with 19 Days and all my favo manga that update like 4 a year at most @Acid Town, 19 Days Rainy Days, Koimonogatari, Blue Lust Hidamari Ga Kikoeru etc- imma be dead before it's finished. Especially with my age (⌒▽⌒)
