As much as I feel sorry for him, I still don't understand the romance going hard until it want to hurt yourself. Some people does revolve their life around love, but I think he's better than that. It doesn't worth it, love never worth enough to hurt yourself for others.
He is mentally ill, all his life he was never truly loved, someone like that doesnt knw to draw the line

Now I'm no medical expert, but he's mentally ill and very unstable that a small nudge of more pain is no longer bearable and thus resorting to sui slide-al thoughts
