Same like that is some insane scarring for a surgery, what went wrong like I assumed they were just self conscious of a surgery stitched scar, I didn’t know someone chainsaw cut into him to steal his heart wtf
Maybe it’s one of those scares that grow with the body? I don’t really know anything about surgery or scars but I have seen that happen on some people.
There is so much scar tissue it makes me wanna know exactly what caused it cause surely no good surgeon would allow that to happen.

If they had to open him up and go in multiple times the scar would grow and get worse each time.
