yes there are big changes. things like intimate scenes are cut A LOT. it really is significant tbh and shows their relationship progression. sometimes even their conversation are cut slightly iirc.
Even if you don’t wanna suffer through the beautifully drawn angst (it’s too much for my little heart sometimes) it will definitely be worth skimming through for the intimate kiss scenes and finale hehe
