If you look at it, Mugyeong only has difficulty expressing his affection to his partner. He has no qualms about quarrelling with Yohan. When Yohan gets on his nerves he does speak up. Like Mugyeong said Yohan has had problems with other people getting close to Mugyeong before and they have fought before too. But this time Mugyeong really blew his fuse.
