The thing is i don't really think what he is doing is wrong. It's unfortunate that he had to kill people but if he didn't he would either be putting himself in grave danger or he would lose his body, which is essentially dying for him, since he isn't able to retain feelings, memories, desires or even a personality without Hikaru's body.
