The first couple panels are pretty self explanatory. When they are out of school I think, their relationship could be define as fwb/brohelpbro out ; thus Langa mentioned something about them being siblings or some like that. Reiki saying that he not ready for Langa to put it in could mean that he knows once this happens there’s no going back. Even tho they are going pretty far now one could simply blame it on “oh yeah just helping a bro out no homo” type of thing that they could simply grow out of. Or maybe if they do finally have sex they gonna have to come to terms with their feelings and sexuality and Reiki not prepares for that. Even so, I could be thinking too deep into this.
I wish the original fl was there to hear that, atleast in spirit. So she too could heal from her trauma and know those years of neglect was not solely because of her looks. Maybe if he would’ve open up a lil sooner then maybe the story for Blanche, og Abigail and the king could’ve been a bit different. Times like this I feel bad for og Abi too.
I don't know if personality wise old Abagail would be a good match? But I think if at least before they got married they talked about expectations it would have made their marriage smoother. Or hey, maybe they wouldn't have gotten married at all??
Exactly! I think the expectations should’ve been set too. Especially once he seen how his behavior negatively affected her thus leading to other problems.
