I've tried for the the past few days in here and in mrm. So anyways it's the common popular highschool jock x nerd type of story and the bottom is super anxious and does self harm. I don't remember much of the plot but I did remember in the beginning of the story the bottom (I think Cole was his name) was wearing a furby mask to hide his face. Also the artstyle for the manga reminds me more of western comic, not the typical japanese style.
