There isn't much to explain really because the true min woojin is dead and jiwook thought that if he could use that to blackmail siwoon then he's not gonna succeed since siwon doesn't care much about it really since it has been clear that the only thing siwon ever wanted was the power to protect Taemin, but since Taemin is his now he doesn't really care much about what happens if ever his true identity is revealed, eitherway he is still a rightful heir eventhough he's a bastard son since he's the only child of his father now. The true min woojin did not really impact the story much as it was just a way to reveal what happened to siwoon after he disappeared in the slums and how he ended up rich
