Commander cha is in chap 35 he’s this dude that follows Major Kwak he’s also the guy that sent Major Kwak pics of dr.Seok eating with his dick rock while he was away. Basically they escape rainbow city and comes back to see the serpent taken over and becomes the new master after eliminating the first master and had the second go into hiding. Major and doc comes back because they made the true Adam vaccine and need to find a way to distribute it but meet up with Major Lee and Major Yang first cause yk they besties and all and yuh
