It also happened to me too as well, I had two mangas in my already read list when they are both ongoing series that I am reading. It must be a glitch
For me it's the opposition lol, I know I have close to 1000 in my read list (if not already that or over, can't remember the exact amount) but it's only showing like 300~ rn. And it's showing stuff I added at the start of the year so it's definitely caught up to date. And the want to read and reading lists haven't come back at all...
Have you rated all your manga? If not, they lost likely won't be included. The to read and reading lists won't be updated for everyone yet, they focused on the 'already read' list, and some users have found the other 2 lists have mixed in with the already read list too.
Definitely haven't rated all... I mostly only do that when I have a clear opinion on the comic in question. There are a few that I didn't rate that came back so I didn't even think about that possibility. But damn, that definitely sucks if so many get lost because I didn't think to give them a rating.
