tension went out the window in ch 28-29. there’s prob a better approach for their argument, not THIS. somehow, it stopped being hot tension and felt predatory.
plus i get that the girl is naive and traumatized, i just don’t like the approach again. i can’t describe it bc when i try to put into word why i dislike it it comes out wrong and inaccurate.
it’s sad that this turned into an argument but it had to happen. both of them are too annoyingly complacent and in denial of this whole evil ghost ex ordeal. understandable they’re both held back by trauma and inhibitions but that doesn’t mean you can’t at least try every method, get every help even ones you don’t believe in. AND THEN FUCK, properly, for long chapters, to each other, knowing that the other body has the real person/owner inside
