I don't understand about the alpha Omega thing going on between the new guy with shoulder length hair as an omega to alpha.

Is this society is the society that even tho omega existed but they're not part of the society where alpha beta and omega lives the same life ?

Why did new guy was so shocked and reacted to ML and ML have to douse himself in cold shower just bc they met ??
