I have no idea what happened in this manga. Too much, that's for sure.
I have so many feelings about this. I gotta say I love it though. The art style is great and I quite enjoy the story over all, though it has it's "problematic" parts I would say. Still it really touched me at times that I didn't expect and threw me for a loop.
Only thing that bothered me was... Why are they vaguely British? Lmao especially that last line was so bad xD I can't take it seriously.
Probably because of the accent change. Since many small villages have different accents you convey it easier with a British accent or just ignore it.
Every single character in this show needs either serious psychological help or to go to jail. Someone call the cops, I'm begging you.
I was expecting a ton of angst and abuse but this was surprisingly wholesome... I love it! For once I don't think the relationship isn't toxic af like it is in so many other "compensated dating" or Yakuza stories.
