Hmm idk I'm pretty sure it's still rape bc even though mc couldn't move and seemed to have brain fog from the aphrodisiac, ml immediately sought to use the situation to his advantage and kept talking through the act. Ml took advantage of mc not being conscious enough to Fully willingly consent. The fact that the aphrodisiac didn't affect ml but affected the mc is more confirmed by the fact that he picked him up and took him to the room after.
Even though he doesn't force himself on mc again he keeps sexually harassing him over and over again which feels a little weird ngl. Ml is taking advantage of mc's persona of not outright rejecting his advances to maintain peace.
