For anyone tired of waiting, the manhwa ends at around chapter 100-101 of the novel. Im in the midst of reading it and it's so good and I've heard there's smut. but word of warning- there's like 900 or so chapters. I think I'll take it slow and savour it for a very long time. Wish me luck

Certainly, and incredibly dark stuff aside from that. The characters are hot af, but some of the stuff is so disturbing it has me questioning if I want to keep reading it. Parts of it I really have to skim and they still make me a little nauseous

for one, yuder didn't look so pretty when he was being executed. One of his eyes was gouged out and his face was beaten beyond recognition because of the tortures he faced in the prison cell. He was not hung, rather he faced the guillotine. And this little fact has a lot of impact in the subsequent story because of the horror it carries.
There's several other things. Yuder doesn't show many expressions, but he thinks. A LOT. He thinks a lot of lovey dovey stuff with zero expression. It's very apparant in the novel but the manhwa wasn't able to communicate that. Read the novel guys. The world building is insane!! I cried so many times :((((
