so a long time ago I was looking for a gay novel about werewolves and I finally found it!
The title is "Inside Out" by Evan Fransisco

Here's the summary:

When teen wolf Jordan Patterson (the uke) finds out that his mate turned out to be Jace Andrews (the seme), the most popular werewolf in the pack and the one he hated the most, he decides to ignore his feelings and hide. But their mate bond is too strong and falling in love is definitely inevitable.

So basically the uke has been bullied by the seme and he hates the seme. But shit gets real when he found out the seme was his mate. During the mating (?) ceremony when the seme came of age the seme was in great pain because the uke wouldn't confess that he was his mate.. no one confessed being his mate and the seme could die soon without a mate. The uke refused to confess for he tried to get revenge for all the bullying the seme did to him.

I love the fact that the uke didn't give in so easily to the seme and actually tried to make him suffer. Even when everyone's against him for resisting the seme (even his closest family and friends), he continued to put up a fight. This story is such a rollercoaster from start to end
