I have a question! Is the Sisterhood female inmates or male inmates dressing up as women?

I wonder what honorifics they use for each other... They should include that to show how familiar they are to each other

One thing I noticed is that someone or other comments on Naoto's weight (saying he got skinnier, lost weight, etc.). I'm thinking he has a serious illness and he's dying from it. Whatever it is, bring it! I'm ready for my heart to be torn to shreds!!!!!
