I’m not complaining but Istg if this diversion from the novel led to unnecessary angst imma be sad because I remember the slowburn in the novel being so good and the slight angst was beautiful as well
On another thought, it could also be a “dream” with mc being in a daze due to the alcohol but that feels like a cop out given that it spans multiple chs
I did click on this for the horny but noah piss me off so bad that I sped through that bondage scene even if the smut/art looks so delicious. I like me some cnc but something about the portrayal of that with Noah’s scenes just doesn’t hit as much.
I’m honestly more into with the “supposed” premise of this with Ian encountering awkward erotic situations (similar to “Temptress”/“Tempters”) than whatever is happening with Noah
Rooting for Aaron even if he’s also an asshole but at least Ian looks more willing to do the deed with him.
Coz why the heck are they suddenly fvcking??
Granted that I'm still reading the novel at ch 64 and I just want to comment here because I haven't encounter any of the current fvcking?? Did I miss anything since I started reading from the moment Yihan saw Hwawoon smelling the flowers? but even that did not transpire the same as in the novel so I guess this adaptation will go somewhat differently...
Because where is the delicious slow burn?? The internal conflicts? The clumsy and tsundere Yihan??
Maybe because it is just start to build that atmosphere but dang they should not be fvcking this soon ( ・ε・)
Honestly there were already a lot of deviation and skipped moments but their first night in the novel was so sweet in contrast to this adaptation lol
I just hope that whatever the path this adaptation is taking justifies the novel. Ml's personality and development in the novel were my fave, he was so entertaining (´ε ` )

With the unnecessary sex scenes added, I wonder how Haewoon’s realization and self-reflection on the latter half of the novel will be tackled. Like being naive was kinda his thing on the novel; with him taking his time on realizing that he likes Jeongwon despite being ultra clingy at the onset of their friendship and categorizing everything they have done as something friends or fans of each other do.
So with the sex thing happening, I don’t want Haewoon to seem like some naive douchebag that would justify what they did as something friends normally do or whatever. I would say that he was a thoughtful character in the novel and would not jump into whatever the fuck is happening on this manhwa without committing
that's interesting insight, thanks for sharing
