Rem has a wife, krais has a gf, jaxon has a gf, and ragna also gets a love interest but its not a huge part of the plot and the relationships aren't intrusive and the female characters actually have substance outside of their relationship.
And for Enkrid he still remains as wallsexual as ever and gets worse actually.
Esther gains human emotions and has a sister brother bond with Enkrid and Shinar doesn't see Enkrid in a romantic light.
The mad knights overall dynamic is actually kinda sweet and they are all mostly buddies (rem and ragna's relationship does worsen)
