Prob 1) street noise were loud covering haeso's voice or 2) Haeso wasn't screaming but, having a shaky and lower tone since her bubble texts are wiggly (not spiky or irregular with pointy part, typically used for screaming lines).
Mincheol is covering her entire prime. Prob the coworker only heard jibberish whispers and Mincheol hugging Haeso real close and whispering = aka they are having a PDA and being secretive. + Haeso is keeping his hands away/still from touching her boobs more but, his aren't moving an inch thus her defiance prob isn't evident from afar and hidden by his much bigger frame. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
In short, HAeso should had struggled more dramatically and intensely but, we can't ask much. The girl is introverted and hates attracting attention so she likely didn't want to cause a scene.
