Okay, I found it on another site and it seems that, for whatever reason, the 2nd entry which is a sequel was combined into the prequels entry on here from chapters 12 to 20. The kids are not grown in the sequel and there is no official story continuation of the kids Hiromi x Motoki by the mangaka (as listed in BakaUpdates). There may be an unofficial DJ but I cannot find it. It’s possibly on MRM but I forgot the link address.
Anyway, from time to time prequels and sequels get mixed up on here.

The majority of people don't seem to be receiving them right now.
IDC. it's a formed habit now to check shounen-ai and yaoi section and click sort to "update date". it's still the best way to get updated than relying on notifcations.

I don't know how accurate this is, but from what I've heard, the A/B/O verse started in the Supernatural fandom around 2010. Basically fanfiction started it off.
I guess it has started to get popular in manga now.

I read before (like two years ago and I can't find it now grrrr) That you can find hints of omegaverse (execpt not called omegaverse) in some Startrek fanfic from back when fanfic was still published in fanzine, so even if its popularity is relatively recent, it has been around for some time before that.
Funnily enough, now the fandom with the most omegaverse is -by far- the Sherlock fandom (like seriously go watch on AO3 : https://archiveofourown.org/tags/Omega%20Verse/works )

I believe it started off leaning more towards yaoi, I could be wrong. There is a reason why omegaverse has mpreg.
Omegaverse has both yaoi and shoujo in it. Basically it is up to the writer. But from the A/B/O fics I've read, most fanfic writers lean towards yaoi.
Maybe because I've always searched for slash A/B/O fics.

I don't like to refer to it as yaoi though. Yes, I realize it's just a term people use to say malexmale but I don't like it when it's used to refer to anything other than... Well, yaoi.
True, in some omegaverse there is nothing like gay or straight. The only stereotyping depended on your presentation. In others, there is some prejudice against being gay or being a male omega, because you would take it up the ass.
As for what you would call it, you could refer to it as slash, m/m, gay, boyxboy, etc... it is really up to what you like using.
I mostly use yaoi or gay as the key search words. If I am desperate enough and there are no results coming up, I actually put in the word 'prostate' along with the other search words. Haha, I apologize. (I don't know why I am apologizing but it seems like I said something weird/wrong, so I will apologize.) ╥﹏╥

I remember there was a collection of one-shot. IN one of the stories, there was a witch who got dumped by a man, so the witch curses this pair of uke and seme. The Uke looks like a caterpillar to the Seme only.

Basically, there were these 2 dads who had history with each other. Now, they each have their own family, and both families get along well. When they were on vacation at the beach reminiscing the past, they kissed each other, and one of them said something like "this is the last time". It wasn't a sad ending, just bittersweet
