Elin has a point but she can't compete Kiha and Jin.
If I were Solhwa, I would feel betrayed that man I love have told me to be a suicide bomb.
But Jin loves his people whereas Kiha is a
traitor.
Jin is doing everything to protecting his wronged people. Kiha, on the other hand, became a warmonger country's ally for his own vengeance, even at the cost of his own people.
He also doesn't seem to care for the Xyrites.b he doesn't have to since they are the ones to bring destruction upon other countries.
Solhwa is right. Kiha would never sacrifice her. It is because he has no love for his people.
But did Kiha really had "people" to begin with? I'm sorry I just got confused. I'm on your side about Kiha being a little to greedy for vengeance for himself, but I don't really think he had people to protect, did he? Also, if I'm not mistaken, he's trying to somehow make up for it now that Moon (was it?) is the new king. But I know that won't suffice to ask for forgiveness. There is no one that is truly clean during wars. It's all bloodshed, people killing each other. I guess Kiha & Jin just differ from who they're revenge is pointed to, but they ultimately have the same goal, and that is justice for the people they treasure.
As for love, u can say Jin loves his people so much, meaning that he's so trapped in the past that he can't even afford to give Solhwa a chance. On the other hand, Ellin is the only person Kiha has now, that's why he cannot afford to lose her. All his love is devoted to her.
But who are we to judge anyway? Afterall, they're all victims of the unruly dead king (specially his wife). Maybe if it wasn't for that, Kiha & Jin's cruel ways of dealing with life wouldn't have happened.
I completely agree with Jin on his hatred for Kiha. While Kiha was pursuing to unite all the lands and being the so-called peace, he and others brought only destruction to innocent lives. Keeping people alive or keeping these people safe after the end of war was the last thing in their mind.
Even after winning, the Azurites are treated like dirts.
Solhwa is blind to this as she is in love with Kiha and because Jin is an asshole.
So, I don't exactly wish for a happy ending for Kiha. In fact, tragic ending would be perfect.
Ellin is the one in love with kiha, remember solhwa is dead, just to clear confusion

I think I liked the Webtoon a lot more before the art changed. I got the impression that Albert -the hero - is a quiet, reserved, mature, and observant man.
I think the Webtoon's old art reflected this with his narrowed eyes, and reactions and emotions that are less obvious.
But now, he has big eyes and obvious reactions and emotions to everything.
For me, the new art dispels the magic the old art did in regards to learning about Albert's character.

I relate to this manga a lot. Two years ago, I liked a man a lot. We were the same height then. He is now 5'6 while I'm 5'9 now.
This manhwa is so good, that melancholy nostalgic feelings this manhwa gives me every time
the way the girl deciphered what the long hair did, was pretty impressive

this might be the m-pregnancy manga, where the mangaka actually show the main lead going through at-least one of the stages of pregnancy.
I love this manga. So many beautiful unspoken moments.
This is one of the best webtoon I read. There comedy, sadness, romance and story is structured in balance. Despite not being a tragedy, this webtoon made me cry and laugh out of sweetness.
All the three characters are the best: the kind hearted heroine who is fangirling, adorable soon whose consideration put me to tears, and the funny hero whose love and protection for his son made me smile happily.
