You mean Thadeus' dad? He's dead, died of some illness it was in the earlier chapters about peter describing to Thaddy or something like that.
yes that i do know. but the last time we saw him was him fighting phillip using the last bits of his strength. JUST SAYING(random possibility)after his defeat/death, old!thaddeus' body could have been taken by phillip->rafael. knowing how psycho rafael is, he could have experimented with old!thaddeus' body OR somehow kept him alive for selfish, psycho reasons
