My real life on going situation:- so I came to know of a guy through an online game I’m 19 he’s 27 and has a good paying job, offers to pay for my gym membership (he’s a gymrat) and all and I kinda feel like he’s interested in me… we just exchanged numbers to like notify each other when we’d play. ummm something happened similar to me but i think you should deny the membership offer if you think he's into you & you aren't back, in my case i cut him off cause he's like 11 years older than me, offered stuff, wanted to come over to my place, and kept spamming my dms to an excess which felt creepy because we only really hung out for a few hrs. turns out he wanted to date me
damn thats some age gap, i think if you aren't interested u should just try to maintain the level of friendship where it doesn't bothers you offline but even if youre interested imo you dont wanna trust a man you met thru game ig? btw im guessing he knows your age too right?
you should tell him that he’s been giving you weird vibes and say that you only see him as a friend and nothing more. if he oversteps your boundaries then you will cut off any form of communication.
Im sorry but cut communication with them. No normal adult at that age should be talking to a 19 yr old especially offering to pay for your stuff.
