I've never liked medical ones, but this is different. I actually like it, he doesn't rely to some abilities or powers but of his intelligent and skills as he used to be a doctor. I like the plot, it's annoying to read with these annoying characters (it's understandable) but our main character knows how to deal with them lol, I like the chemistry between joseph and our mc and his other friend, and I also like that scary doctor who actually helps him in this timeline. Anyways, this one is actually good, it definitely deserves a high star rating. At least this is what I think of it.
