it’s a matter of preference and opinion but for me, Grayson come first out of the Millers, and Chase would be second. he has character depth; his inability to feel emotions yet still trying hard to help (which in most cases, doesn’t actually work at all) makes him an adorable character. he was written in a way that you’d second-guess whether or not you should actually like him—considering the trauma/heartbreaks he caused to chase and to other people. furthermore [major spoiler], he was the very first and only person in his family to grasp the concept of letting go. he knew that love wasn’t supposed to be ugly, he knew that staying with Dane would hurt them both, so he stopped. even Ashley couldn’t do that. i forgot almost half the plot, but i just know how great of a character Grayson is.
