Its YAOI. I remember two brothers that look alike living in this apartment and the younger one (with long hair) started paying attention to the neighbor (black hair short, always in a suit). They slowly started building a friendship (i think the black hair guy apartment was always messy) and the long hair seme starting to have feelings for him and misunderstood that the uke was in love with his brother so he was jealous. But since its predictable, the one he liked was the long-haired seme. I want to reread that manga sooooo bad!!!

Okay, I'm looking to re-read this story i read awhile back. All I remember is that it was placed at a high school. I think the mc's was a high school kid and a man who worked on the ground (maybe a janitor? he had a uniform) and he was a convict because his ex filmed them having rough sex and said he raped him. It was a good story thoe and i would love to re-read it!!
