He can't believe someone could truly love him, that they are bound to hurt him one way or another. For a moment Minyoung chased away these beliefs during their couple days. That's why his outing felt like pure betrayal to Cheol who's been doubting again Minyoungie's feelings, and anxiety crashed (that's the reason why Cheol's also obsessed with his brother's words "He never loved you, he was only playing with you" or something like that).
Because what he had with Minyoung was special, Cheol's emotions get intense to a point where he's convinced that he'd rather want him off if he didn't apologize.
But the Minyoung of his dream tells him that him wishing that he was dead was just a moment of hopelessness, and truth is, Cheol doesn't want to be separated to Minyoungie (even in death he wants to be with him). He also tells him that Cheol's knew all along that Minyoung never once played him or stopped loving him. He was just scared of the things Minyoung's could do because of love, and that these things would hurt him (Cheol).
That's the part that hurt Minyoung. He loves Cheol's the way he is with his weaknesses, and wants Cheol to do the same with his sociopath tendencies xD So Cheol running away from his love felt like a betrayal to Minyoungie.
About the cinema scene, maybe Minyoung's like just writing their love story by acting behind the scenes? But then Cheol went and pulled him out from there and made him play the villain, leading him to kill him?
Finally, Minyoung said "I wish I had been your parents" because 1. he doesn't like seeing Cheol get hurt, maybe because it reminds him of his late dog, 2. as Cheol's been doubting his love, he wants the same love Cheol feels towards his own parents, an unconditional one where whatever you may do, even when you know you hurting him, he will always forgive you.
