I love how shima is able to recognize his trauma doesn’t define him as a person, mitsumi loving him no matter anything has me loving for this manga even more. even tho they both lived different lives. it shows mitsumi’s vulnerability and resilience towards how she views friendships and shima’s courage to become a better person even tho throughout his life he has been surrounded in a toxic environment seriously touches my heart.
