Bro why do these great gems always have the weirdest covers. I love Naoki, he’s by far one my most favourite BL MCs. And surprisingly Yuki was great too, their relationship actually made sense. I liked that they were both able to fall in love instead of it being one-sided. And also they TALK about things, OTHER THAN SEX, and COMMUNICATE. I never thought I’d see it in this type of genre. Him worrying about getting fired instead of the confession is such a mood. 10/10
Ngl, the no-hugs thing hurt me in the depths of my soul.
Mugyeong is not doing enough to ease his worries, and the no-touching will make it all worse. And he's worried about cologne getting in his clothes, which he bought as a GIFT for Yohan when he could easily pass it off as his own or just have told Yohan to stop wearing it. Honestly, now I'm low-key concerned. I'm not even a jealous person, but the idea of an SO getting tired or distant from me is my worst nightmare. Yuki is the devil in Yohan's ear. And Yohan is obviously right because WHO THE HECK CALLS AT ASS O' CLOCK TO GO SEE A MOVIE? THAT COULD'VE BEEN A TEXT.
Poor Yohan. I usually hate the person who gets jealous in this trope, but I feel bad for him this time. Especially since he's demisexual, so these feelings are probably more intense. :(
Not the uploader calling this realistic smh. Them and the author must be going through some stuff. (Blink twice if you need help)
If this is a ‘realistic’ gay relationship I want no part in it lmfao. Ain’t nobody cheat on each other this much, half the characters are treating it like it’s some of sort of illness. Especially if it’s Gen Z come on, we’re way more sensitive to this stuff. Cheating would get a general reaction of, relationship ended, hurts but leave the mf in the dirt, goodbye you’re garbage, (and we also probably would’ve suggested an open relationship/poly like chapters ago, just saying.) These are just frickin weirdos.
Man, Ririko sucks. She f*cked everybody’s lives over and then just dipped. Her mama, her kid, Touma, Sentarou, the cheating, and she's making it unnecessarily complicated by the whole ‘no DNA test’ thing. She a fr hoe. She didn’t deserve to die and all, but I'm glad she's not in any of their lives anymore. Glad the story pointed that out tho, we stan critiquing neglectful parenting.
Usually I get scared whenever I read anything that’s gay that takes place before the 90s because I know it’ll never end well, but I’m glad this one did. Their dynamic is so nice. It’d be so nice if we got some time with them in America.
Too real, but those stories are the ones I'm interested in the most
