In a story, there is typically a protagonist and an antagonist fighting for whatever reason. Now, if I told you: the fight is love and the antagonist is the lover. Thrilling, isn't it? It's too naive to look at romance as a simple courtship journey. We see big in love: we see passion (the sparks of war) in love. This is an unhinged trip into the perverted side of love. Regarding the denouement? A happy ending? How sickening, yet so common!
