Ive realised most manhwa bl or straight the ml falls in love after his lover suffers or nearly dies? e.g in "Villains are destined to die" penolope got affection only when she either nearly dies or "gave something" or jaekyung official started loving kim dan after his fatal stab? Why does love have to be a result of the suffering of the protagonist??
