I guess it got a high rating because it’s psychological so it wasn’t supposed to have a fluffy ending
But dang why make the red head suffer in the end too. The MC and ML are the ones with psychological problems (MC not being able to have a healthy relationship and pushing away those close due to fear, ML’s whole living in fiction thing caused by his mother) just let them have their problems keep the red head out of it and give the man some peace

Won-Il also made mistakes and that's what helps him fit into this story so well imo. He's a helpless bystander while also being the closest person to Hyunjae. He decided to put up a front to stay close to Hyunjae when Hyunjae was too insecure to accept him, digging himself into a deeper hole surrounding Hyunjae. Won-Il is self sacrificial and that is his own misery. He let Hyunjae stay with his kidnapper more than once, and repeatedly mentions that he's entirely weak to Hyunjae's will, even if it's irrational. The peak of his "role" was when he was tied up and nearly forced to wake up to two dead bodies hanging. He is deeply intertwined into their story, he's got some problems too LOL
Finished the main story and it was so good. Slow burn to start with but then when the plot with the angels started and it went into Seong-ah’s history it was a pretty unique plot I haven’t seen before. Side characters are well designed too like the devil and angel ceos.
It wasn’t explained like this but I like to think Seong-ah’s soul when it became the black thing noticed defective doppelgänger Joon created because it still had a memory of his sister and so it got to the front and Joon selected it. Otherwise the story hinges on too many coincidences.
Side note - they should’ve kept Seong-ah’s adult/tall body. Author probably thought it was too much risk to change him so close to the end but I felt it would’ve been a better plot if his sister saw him at the door and then he had to keep his tall body. Would’ve been nice to see the non-twink him with Woo-yeol
Can someone please explain to me why there are 5 of them and they’re the same person yet get jealous of each other? I tried my best but too many explanations get lost when going from novel explanations to webtoon panels
They share a consciousness but they think for themselves. Although one fell in love first the others can feel the same feeling but don’t agree just because you know? So they are clones, they are individuals, but they share theirs minds and experiences. That’s why they feel jealous and compete, because each learn to love Nox their own way.
Ehhhh it wasn’t that bad. All 3 of them are dumb so 3 dumbos get together. I don’t think anyone reads these things seriously knowing it’s a twincest story that wouldn’t be ok irl.
I preferred Kihyun at the start but by BL logic standards Kijun had a redemption so might as well have the uke end up with both.
I really like Jess and there being more manly bottoms in BL now. The actual plot with the case could’ve been developed more though, feels like the story soon turned to pwp. Also wish we saw them in their animal forms more, their animal forms are really cute. It’s still a good read but had so many good elements the author could’ve done more with.
I loved seeing Lucy and Ian again but they should’ve had their own story continued from Safari Game so that we’d get more of the main couple in Golden pair

Before starting their fwb relationship (present day), Colton and Jinwoo had slept together twice: 1. 10 years ago at the bar, which Colton forgot / 2. When Colton punished Jinwoo for SAing his employee, the omega Jinwoo was in an fwb relationship with that caused his slump (? I read this after gathering comments from the prequel).
So why does Jinwoo care that Colton doesn’t remember their 1st time sleeping together, and the whole little merman (mermaid) thought process?
The ending of the main story is that Jinwoo thinks Colton dropped him from the exhibit when Colton was planning a solo for him instead. So he destroys his works. But then Colton appears and BEFORE Colton clears up the misunderstanding about the solo exhibit, Jinwoo reveals his feelings anyway, and is happy when Colton says he wanted to be the one to cause his lowest? Hows he happy when he’s just destroyed all his works thinking Colton betrayed him by dropping his exhibit?
I think the creator is a great artist and the plot they came up with should be good but they really have problems trying to express the timelines and character’s thoughts/interactions in a way that make sense.
im genuinely confused if we’re reading the same story
