When I first started reading this, I didn't think I could reach till the latest chapter because the first few chapters were too hard to understand. But after a few chapters wow my mind is blown. Its a unique concept that still uses systems we are quite familiar with. I cannot stand horror so I understand the mc so much. I love their teams dynamic and I also love the MCs want to help people without sacrificing himself most of the time. This is too goated.
So season 2 of red string is kihoon losing his memories. I don't get the whole memory loss plot. The description of the red string season 1 was to believe in destiny and be with your destiny to get rid of kihoons misfortune but the description for season 2 was a "gift" From to rock. How is the memory loss a gift and why is it that only one of them loses memories. Pls ive reread this story so many times and still don't get it
The gift wasn't the memory loss but a wish, and the wish was made by (I forgot his name sorry) for the other to lose his memories because he thought as long as they were together it'd do no good for the other because of something that happened the other season which I forgot what it was

I see a lot of people complaining she was being dumb and purposefully putting herself in a painful position, however we can see she ultimately didn't regret her decision. She entered the marriage not only because of her selfish love to Noah but also to Alicia. We can see that Alicia was her rock. (Ngl I rly think Alicia was more important to her the Noah)
Also I was rly weirded out by the incest but still read it because Noah didn't really act out his incest or romantically pursued Alicia as he knew what was right from wrong. The only action he really took because of his love was his marriage to Rachel.

I like how he has a personality and backstory that differs from normal murim manhuas. He's lazy but he still follows his masters advice, he doesn't pick unnecessary fights, he allows himself to be scolded by his family and hes not the most interested in women. I like that his only interest is sleeping.

I love how they are connected through lilliana but have their own lives! I also love the tropes in these couples, and also the fact that lilliana only has faint memories from the novel and her past making her still a 7 year old child. This read really heals me
