I don't know if you are translating from this site, but this spanish site has a few good omegaverse mangas like Mitsuketa Boku no Omega-sama, Ore no Yuugaina isekai, Antimoral omegaverse and Romantic Lament. It also has some complete mangas that are unfinished in english like Kiss wa Tsugai ni Hizamazuku or Kisu wa BAN ni Hisamazuku (name in Qvfamma) and Kimi to tsugai ni narenai ryuu.
