1. Setting is in military academy i think
2. ML is top ranking, he’s alr an instructor as well?? and comes from influential family (just not sure if he’s royal?)
3. MC is from a noble family but a ruined one. ML visited MC’s home and the father wanted to introduce the sister
4. They become sex partners but because ML forced MC to do so
5. There was a war and ML did not allow MC to go but he still managed to get out of the academy but his father died and sister missing
6. ML staged a whole marriage with the sister to lure MC out
