I love the art style & the story. Pretty sure if this ever gets an anime adaptation the manga would be as popular as Frieren
It's been a long time since I read the manhwa but I just noticed this: We never knew what happened to the duchess's face. I mean, that's a pretty important plot line. That's why she was wearing the mask in the first place. The plot never explored this any further and the only explanation we know is that she was betrayed by someone.
Right???? I was totally hoping the shorts would go more into detail about that.
i mean idk i feel like her gettng betrayed by a friend is all we really need to know about it since the reason why she's so famous and feared is her accomplishments and demeanor rathr than her face but i do get ur point
The ending felt anticlimatic in my opinion. I just expected a bit more to happen :/ I also think it's sad that Giseong doesn't want to work as a teacher anymore after everything she went through.
