I’ve read it in one sitting, after reading the comments. Yes it is a little toxic but it’s not as bad as people make it sound. I’ve read way worse toxicity than this story. No Reason was a horrible manhwa and this story looks like a puppy compare to No Reason.
I really enjoyed this story, it’s a little long thought but very cute a the redemption arc. And for those who think the MC did 180 in only one chapter, I think you’ve read to fast it was clear to me that he was attach to the ML way linger than you think.
The only thing I disagree is that it was a 'little' toxic. He was hella toxic but part of his anger was justified. Dude was dying and treatment he paid for was essentially a placebo. But if I was to use the watermelon chart, he was a completely "black throughout the inside watermelon" then transitioned into a "regular watermelon that is green outside but still red inside", if that made any sense.
Westerners needs to understand that this manhwa is Korean… They make their content for their people not for western countries. Your American history is not in their a curriculum in their class in high school. It’s a manhwa about bullying… So why are you bashing the author? Don’t impose your history on Koreans. If it’s too much then stop reading. Different countries have different cultures and views. It’s not addressed to you! It’s addressed to Korean bullying people in their social. Stop making everything about you Americans….
The author also got hate by Koreans for their anti-feminism. How do you hate black people in a country where its 99% Koreans, the character was the only fully Korean in his class is the dumbest shot I've ever seen. That's not even possible in Korea. The author is just an incel. The characters with trauma of getting raped are punished and stuff. For a story about stopping bullying, the author literally is racist and hates feminism, that's very common in Korea.
