Not to be a racist but, how come when I look at MC she looks like an asian. But when I look at the characters I've seen so far, they all look white?! Σ( ￣□￣||)

Probably the way she is drawn. The rest of the characters have "white" features, like facial hair, sharper eyes, stronger facial features, and less delicate frame.
She, on the other hand, has rounder eyes, more dainty facial features, and a smaller frame. She's just drawn in a style that is more recognizable as an east asian style too.
