nothing really, just a bestfriend. have no contribution to the story. appears every once in a while to hang out
well, if you don't mind spoilers I will say this: he gives study materials for Jiang Cheng so he can pass the entrance exam for college and disturbs Jiang Cheng with topics like " you know that you will leave this place after you finish high school and left behind you're boyfriend, right?" "Don't get too attached to your boyfriend , you know you not gonna be here forever", Pan Zhi is a good friend but he anticipates Jiang Cheng's suffering a little bit .
He's the first trusted friend of the mc cheng cheng. Also very supportive and great listener.
