I dont understand why the rating is 8.5, there isnt even any rape scene or nothing problematic. And before anyone says 8.5 isnt low, it IS low for mangago bl standards. From what ive observed, anything below 8.9 has like something wrong with it. And the new average is basically 8.9-9.0. Enemies to lovers except 99.99% of the story, they are enemies and the last 0.01% of the story, theyre lovers. Not even joking. They become lovers on the LAST CHAPTER. I hope they change the pacing cuz the novel’s pacing was NOT it.
Plot twisting was twisting but the execution was a little meh due to the pacing.

Im noticing something. He keeps forgetting details. I noticed two things but I only remember him forgetting where his card went. I forgot the other thing. Also, it seems like he uses alcohol and sex to distract himself. Why? Because his body hurts whenever he thinks abt anything. This might be why even though the younger brother and his friend has said very obvious clues, he cant rlly think about it too much because his head hurts.
Also quite sad ml doesnt believe mc is using alcohol to relieve pain, but i think he’s taking it as a lame excuse from an alcohol addict. Though youd think mc bleeding every 2 seconds would give that excuse some credit.
Im not gonna defend the rape. And from the novel readers it does seem like its not his fault.
However, his rough handling of mc might be because of the nature of his work. He does care a lot about mc but mc is self-sabotaging. He is testing ml’s limits and surprise surprise, he does reach those limits.
Mc is suicidal, self-sabatoging, frail, and an alcoholic. The only thing keeping him sane is ml, who is taking care of him and giving him a second home. Which made him give up his original timeline because he wants to be with ml.
Speaking of og timeline, it should be obvious by now that ml is the sunbae from the oh timeline. It seems like he has the memories(?) but also doesnt? With the way he rhought mc had a younger sister and the school uniform thingy. Or does he actualy have his memories and is only putting on an act? Was he the one who chose the movie abt the building collapsing? In hopes that mc would regain his memories? Oh omg hang on, did the ml transmigrate too, but simply forgot his memories because he was busy surviving in the mob and didnt have time to prioritize it?
If the younger brother knew ml was dangerous, why didnt he try his best to save mc? Why did he simply listen when mc said to never appear? Why does he know his face?
