I don’t know if this manhwa is still up but it was a good student x a bad student who were friends. The bad student who is the mc I think, always messed around with girls and was just out of control (maybe) and the ml was always telling him to stop acting like that and something happens that causes them to sleep together and so they kinda formed that friends with benefits rls. The ml likes the mc but the mc is still trying to figure out his feelings for the ml. Finally when the mc is about to tell the ml about his feelings, one of the girls who he (the mc) hooked up with tells him tha she’s pregnant.

The mc tells this to the ml and I can’t really remember but I think the ml told the mc to run away with him, but the mc said no cause he needed to face this responsibility and so him and the girl he got “pregnant” left on a train or subway and the mc started reflecting on his actions and saying on how different things could’ve been. And so a time skip happens and we actually find out that the baby isn’t even the mc’s and the girl lied to him BUT they ended actually having a baby after (genuinely pissed me off when I read this). Mind you the mc doesn’t even like the girl and is only with her cause of the baby that wasn’t even his.. but he gets her pregnant again which pissed me off but wtv. So then the mc and ml meet again and this genuinely breaks my heart, they both make small talk and the ml asks how his kid is doing and he says he’s doing fine (ion really remember this part) after they talk they go their own ways and the ending is sooo bittersweet. The mc starts talking in third person about how things would’ve been different if he had confessed earlier to the ml or if he listened and stopped messing around and took things more seriously.
