In most omegavefse omegas are treated less than and aren't hired for the fact they can go into heat and are typically blamed for alphas grading them. It's not that he probably hasn't trued itsmost likely he can't, in most series you'll see omegas treated like shit and being blamed for the fact they are born that way. Is this your first onegaverse? Alot show that omegas are pretty much the minority that are either prostitutes because they aren't smart or stable enough (steryotype) to even be in the work force and them selling their bodies is the only job they are allowed, in some they are just pets to alphas, or have the mentality of children
