I refuse to read it here because it's that good - I've bought all episodes that are out at this point in English with the exception of the first 15-20 episodes or so that were free for a limited time. It appears I got the first 16 episodes for free (Lezhin offers many episodes for free for limited time periods) which means I have bought 40 episodes (there are 56 episodes in total as of now); each of these cost 3 'coins', meaning that all 40 episodes will come to a total of 120 coins. Lezhin has coins on special sales occasionally. Right now you can buy 200 coins + 100 points for 49.99 USD. The more coins you buy, the cheaper it'll be usually (All prices for each coin bundle can be found here: https://www.lezhin.com/en/payment) Considering the fact that it is an old comic, the first few episodes might only cost you 1 coin instead of the usual 3 - new episodes are more expensive than 'old' ones. I have spent a bunch of money on coins, though, over the course of the past 10 months or so - maybe the past year, I don't recall when I created my account. But then again, I don't spend a whole lot of money on other things; I save up money for my hobbies and try to be frugal with money, generally, which is why I can afford to support my favourite authors to a certain extent. I read quite a lot of comics on a regular basis at Lezhin, so, in total, I might have spent somewhere around 230 USD over the past year which is definitely not necessary if you only read one or two comics. All on-going comics have a regular release schedule (either once a week or thrice a month), meaning that you won't just spend all coins at once. Supporting my favourite authors financially warms my heart so I think it's worth it - I'm by no means a financially well-off person but I try to show my support where I can. (=・ω・=) Even if you decide to just buy 1 episode, it's still a way of supporting the author; each episode counts! I usually buy coins in bulk, but you can easily just buy 15 coins for, 5 USD, I think.

Like, that's one aggressive uke... If there'd been a better build-up to their potential relationship(?), I might have wanted to read the upcoming chapters. I kind of lose interest, though, when a story takes a 180-degree turn from adorable fluff-mode (which I love) to hardcore hentai-mode... I'm more of a romantic type. Otherwise, the first few pages were enjoyable ^^ If there aren't any deep romantic feelings involved, I don't like smut. Generally, smut's just not my thing (￣∇￣")
Then maybe you should stick to shounen ai and avoid the yaoi tag? :)
I have read at least a hundred different yaois (many smutty ones) that I genuinely liked but if I don't sense any romantic feelings and fluff between the characters, I can't really endure the explicit scenes ^^ So far, this manga seems more like hentai to me. I love yaoi if there are romance elements that counterbalance the sexual content ╮(￣▽￣)╭ I sensed ZERO romantic feelings between those two characters which put me off, as I tried to explain.
