I'm joking but the amount of how obsessive and deep their bond is paired with the tragedy (Woori's death) feels quite romantic is essence.
Really the only person who makes the relationship feel romantic is Soobin.
Even though you could argue Woori really likes him... basically unhinged to a point but he also doesn't want to die lmao... homeboy just doesn't think deeply and that's why when the relationship broke apart when they were kids he was devastated but just decided not to think about it.
Soobin is an introspective depressive hoe (lmao no actually) whose been dealt a bad card and just thinks about Woori as someone he would've liked naturally but basically hated because he felt like he saw how bad his life was when he was with him.
All in all he blames Woori for his already "crap life" basically unravelling because he showed him some sense of normalcy whilst also being his first "rejection" of being able to live normally. That in of itself almost feels like a "my first crush broke my heart so now I don't trust people vibe".
Plus hate and love are allegedly the flip side of the coin. Soobin always talks or hints about him just feeling an intense rage towards Woori that he sometimes believes is because of what happened in their childhood but sometimes feels it instinctually at being left but also having to deal with everything on his own. A part of me can't help but feels he views Woori as this defacto friend/parental figure.
Plus so many BLs are toxic in general so you can't help but see the obsessiveness and anger as just defacto violent homoeroticism...kinda messed up tho.
All in all even if this just ends as them being besties, there's such a level of deepeness, dependency and darkness in their relationship that it can't help but feel much more than platonic...plus they're hot lmao.

All in all the plot has a lot of potential. What it means to be a sensitive child or an unemotional, godly with supernatural powers both in essence wanting to be loved. I think it could've been very poetic and even a little harrowing but instead it felt a bit like a fever dream. Ch.7 makes me understand the vibe the author was going for but I either wish it was a bit longer or better fleshed out.

For a messed up manwha I liked the twist at the end of the ML also being obsessed with the MC.
I wish the author better clarified two things:

As of now I like the subversion a bit of that traditional grooming abusive trauma tie relationship where the bottom is usually the weak twink who is completely emotionally tied to the ML and an ML who is obsessive but more so domineering. (ꏿ﹏ꏿ;)
In this case it's switched where the top is the scapegoat good kid who trauma bonded with his protector older brother and doesn't necessarily see him as family but a lover. (o´･_･)っ
Then you have the "labelled bad person by the father" older brother who lost his mother and is abused by the one family he sticks with because it's his "only family. 乁( . ര ʖ ര . )ㄏ
The ML attaches himself to the MC as a "light in the dark" type figure and at the end it's revealed he views him almost like a gift from his father who found him a "new family". ( ° ʖ°)ᕤ Wether or not he actually started to have fillings from the MC inappropriately when he was younger (kinda hinted from the flashback and UKE "letting it rip" when he shared the same smile as the flashbacks) or has essentially "naturally let the feelings shift to match the MC" it's interesting nonetheless. 乁༼☯‿☯✿༽ㄏ

I was also curious about the line about ML not enjoying the s€x as either just not enjoying bottoming and wanting to top MC (kinda show in ch.7 he don't mind getting freaky lmao) or if he just didn't want to do nothing.
