I'm still thinking about chapter 101 (it’s driving me insane) But here are some of my thoughts n maybe theories(? Idk if this the correct word to use) about what will happen after n what happened in chapter 101!

To start off this I truly don’t think Skylar truly meant what he said, but instead he was just saying things to hurt cirrus (a common thing that happens in their relationship between the two of them). Skylar’s anger issues have always been his main issue. Not even a few chapters ago was Skylar beating (getting his ass beat lmao) up that group cuz of what they said about Cirrus, so the main thing that makes me believe he doesn’t actually hate Cirrus is the confession scene and the chapters leading up to 97 also before 100 as well. In fact I feel like it’s the polar opposite. The movie scene is key proof of this. Skylar someone who is easily triggered by watching people kiss or kissing himself due to trauma is making out with Cirrus. Not only that he goes as far to say when he’s alone that he would do it again while blushing… which is INSANE for him. Skylar is self aware that he enjoys being around Cirrus in someway whether or not it’s cuz they have a strange codependent relationship that’s mixed with the fact they both understand each other in a way nobody else does or something else entirely. They get each other.
I do think Skylar likes Cirrus, but he’s not personally ready to let go of Chan-il. (His crush on Chan-il isn’t even Skylar liking Chan-il. It’s him projecting his crush with Minwoo on to Chan-il, but that’s whole other conversation). Again I feel like most of Cirrus’s fears would be calmed down if Skylar explained why he’s scared of other people’s thoughts of him being gay and what happened in the past with his ex best friend + the bullying ( but again I’m not surprised he hasn’t said anything it’s a difficult subject for him). It doesn’t help that Skylar doesn’t usually try to met Cirrus half way when it comes to his insecurities.. which he’s VERY vocal about (que chapter 99). It just causes Cirrus to act out even more to “protect” himself from the notion that Skylar will abandon him.
I have more I wanna say but I don’t wanna write n essay about this on here rn I mostly just wanna talk about bpd coded Cirrus but I hope everything I said makes sense

Honestly it’s upsetting to see people go back n forth between who’s to blame. Both of them are morally gray characters in a way and consistently hurt each other (I mean their relationship started off as blackmail are we truly surprised?). Both of them are to blame due to their emotional immaturity and violent tendencies that stem from trauma, yet I just wish people saw that Skylar has the right to be upset with Cirrus, BUT he shouldn’t have said any of those things to him. On the flip side Cirrus shouldn’t have deleted the message from Skylar’s phone due to his insecurities, but he didn’t deserve what Skylar said to him.. just saying both are to blame their relationship was doomed from the beginning just look at what it’s built off of I just wish they both get the help they needed at the end of the day

I 100% agree! Both are immature, both have traumas, and both need therapy!! I understand Cirrus' insecurities since Skylar was in love with someone else, but the way he deals with it is very immature. And YES!!! Both have violent tendencies. SINCE THE BEGGINING they have been throwing hands at each other, so it's nothing new (but something that needs to be fixed).
This is what I don't like with long hiatus... people start forgetting some stuff and the it's like they are watching it for tge first time.

Skylar was shitty for what he did for sure lmao but cirrus is not much better in this situation. His actions stem from insecurity n his want for Skylar to only be his which isn’t healthy, but I can understand why he’s doing such.. again either of them are in the right in the end. Also it’s more of the fact that Cirrus is aware that he can use Chan-il againist Skylar which he fully takes to his advantage (I hope I didn’t come off as me fighting w/ u)

They both are a mess but they both are still really interesting to get to understand. I just got up to date this 3 days ago since I haven’t read it in 2 years lmao, but long hiatus are the BANE of my existence since it can cause people to forget n have these twisted memories of what actually happens

I agree I’ve read a lot of BL n ngl most of them are lacking in the characterization category but Skylar n Cirrus are both so interesting to nitpick and analyze.. so much about them to understand

Yes this! You get it. They both have done plenty of wrong things (especially to each other) but their actions make sense for their character.. they both are gray characters but very interesting in their own way
