You are never too young for it, im a guy, i started when I'm 10, life is still all good. There is no such thing as too young/too old for something (lest we talking something illegal), as long as you don't hurt/harm anyone, why not?

I dont really know how to chat with ppl irl, I am really shy and timid (Classic Uke) I really would like friends in Las vegas (to meet with) or anywhere to chat with!
